A parcel, a clock at 13:00, and a courier setting off on the day's route

Same-day delivery / Tbilisi

Booked this morning, delivered this evening.

Orders created before 13:00 reach the recipient the same day. The cutoff is agreed with each partner, and the rate does not change for it - only parcel weight sets the price.

How it fits in one day

One day, three fixed points: the cutoff, the pickup, the route.

Same-day is not a separate expedited service. It is an ordinary working day built around a time agreed in advance.

01 / Cutoff

An agreed cutoff time

The default is 13:00. With the store, it can be moved earlier or later to fit.

02 / Pickup

The courier comes on schedule

Collection happens at the agreed time, so every order created before the cutoff travels together.

03 / Route

Parcels join one route

Collected parcels are sorted onto that day's route across the districts of Tbilisi.

04 / Delivery

An outcome the same day

The recipient gets the parcel that day, and the delivery time is recorded on the order.

05 / After the cutoff

Late orders go tomorrow

An order created after the agreed time is scheduled for the next working day, visibly so.

06 / Rate

The price does not change

Same-day carries no surcharge: only the weight band decides what a delivery costs.

FAQ

About same-day delivery

Exact conditions are confirmed for each business during application review.

How late can I create an order?

The default cutoff is 13:00: orders created before it are delivered the same day. The cutoff is built around how a store works rather than the other way round, which is why it is agreed individually. If your orders mostly accumulate after midday it moves later; if they come in early it can move earlier. The agreed time is recorded in the partnership terms and can be revisited afterwards if the pattern of your day changes.

Can the cutoff be moved for my store?

Yes. The cutoff is not the same figure for every partner. It depends on the store's address, its working hours, the pickup schedule, and how many orders it sends a day. A new cutoff takes effect once the pickup schedule has been adjusted to match, because the two are tied together: the courier has to arrive after the cutoff rather than before it, or the last orders of the morning miss the run they were promised.

What happens to orders created after the cutoff?

Nothing is lost and nothing needs creating again. The order stays in the system and is scheduled for the next working day, and its current state shows on the same status timeline as any other. A store can see which of its orders did not make today's route, so it can tell the customer before the customer asks rather than after.

Does same-day work in every district?

Yes. The service works the same way across all ten administrative districts of Tbilisi: Vake, Saburtalo, Mtatsminda, Krtsanisi, Isani, Samgori, Chughureti, Didube, Nadzaladevi, and Gldani. Distance changes neither the timing nor the price. Individual addresses that are genuinely hard to reach are agreed separately, but that is a question about an address rather than about a district.
