Postman Delivery coordinates deliveries for couriers and partner stores in Georgia. This policy explains the information the service uses, why it is needed, and how it is protected.

01

Data we collect

Account and store details, delivery and recipient information, push-notification settings and records, support messages, partner-application details, and operational platform events required to provide and audit the service.

02

How we use data

We use data to operate deliveries, authenticate accounts, enforce role-based access, send enabled notifications, respond to support requests, review partnership applications, and produce operational reporting. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

03

Storage and security

Data is stored with Supabase and protected with role-based access and row-level security. Firebase Cloud Messaging handles push delivery. Resend and Telegram may process operational alerts sent to the Postman team.

04

Retention and rights

Information is retained while required to operate the account, document delivery and support activity, or meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting Postman.
