FAQ
Exact conditions are confirmed for each business during application review.
Delivery starts at 7 GEL and is priced by the actual weight of a single parcel: under 5 kg costs 7 GEL, 5 to 10 kg costs 9 GEL, 10 to 15 kg costs 11 GEL, and 15 to 20 kg costs 15 GEL. The same rate applies across all ten districts of Tbilisi and does not increase with distance. The price is known when the order is created, so nothing is added to the store's cost after the parcel has been delivered.
The weight rate is set by the actual weight of the parcel. The upper figure of each band belongs to the cheaper rate: a parcel weighing exactly 5 kg is still 7 GEL, and the 9 GEL rate begins above 5 kg. The same rule applies at 10 kg and 15 kg. When one order contains several separate parcels, each parcel is priced on its own weight rather than on the combined total.
Size does not replace the weight rate, it adds to it. A parcel that fits inside 40x40 centimetres is standard and carries no surcharge. Once a parcel is larger than that on both of the sides that decide how much room it takes up, a surcharge applies: 2 GEL up to 60x60, 4 GEL up to 70x70, and 8 GEL up to 80x80. A 6 kg parcel that fits inside 70x70, for example, costs 9 GEL for its weight and 4 GEL for its size, so 13 GEL in total. The full price is visible the moment the order is created and nothing is added after delivery.
Parcels larger than 80x80 centimetres are not accepted at the moment. Long parcels are the exception: if only one side is long, up to 150 centimetres, and the other sides are under 40 centimetres, the parcel is accepted and carried at the standard price. That shape travels flat in the car rather than taking up a block of space, which is why it carries no surcharge.
Yes. A parcel weighing exactly 20 kg is accepted and costs 15 GEL to deliver. Only parcels heavier than 20 kg fall outside the service. The limit comes from what a courier can safely carry and load, not from pricing. A heavier consignment needs to be split into separate parcels, each created as its own order and priced on its own weight.
No. The price is the same for every delivery and depends only on parcel weight. There is no surcharge for same-day: an order created before 13:00 arrives that day at exactly the rate listed above. Speed, district, and distance do not change what a delivery costs - only the parcel's own weight and size do.
Either can, and it is decided per order. The delivery fee is a field of its own, independent of the product price: a store can absorb the fee and offer free delivery to its customer, or add it to the amount the courier collects on the doorstep. Analytics totals the two amounts separately, so it stays clear at all times what belongs to the store and what belongs to the delivery service.
