Does Postman deliver to every district of Tbilisi?
Yes. Postman serves all ten administrative districts of Tbilisi: Vake, Saburtalo, Mtatsminda, Krtsanisi, Isani, Samgori, Chughureti, Didube, Nadzaladevi, and Gldani. The delivery rate is the same in every district and does not change with distance. Individual addresses that are hard to reach, such as those at the city edge or up an unmade road, are agreed separately. A specific address can always be confirmed with our team during partnership review.
Is regional delivery available?
Not currently. Postman operates only inside the administrative boundaries of Tbilisi and does not serve Batumi, Kutaisi, Rustavi, or other cities. Settlements in the immediate surroundings of Tbilisi that fall outside the city boundary are also outside the active area. Regional delivery will be added in stages and published on this page only once it is actually operational. We do not announce target dates for coverage that is not yet running.
How are pickups scheduled?
Pickup timing and frequency are agreed individually and depend on the store's address, its daily order volume, and its working hours. Smaller partners usually settle on one collection a day, while busier stores arrange several. The schedule is recorded in the partnership terms and is revisited when a store's volume changes, so a shop that grows is not left on a collection pattern built for its first month.
When does a parcel arrive the same day?
Orders created before 13:00 are delivered the same day. That time is the default rather than a fixed rule: it is agreed separately with each partner and shaped around the store's working hours and its pickup schedule. Orders created after the agreed time are scheduled for the next working day. Same-day delivery is the standard service and works the same way across all ten districts of Tbilisi.
