Postman is a Georgian courier company that delivers parcels for online stores and local businesses in Tbilisi. A partner store creates each delivery in its own web or mobile workspace, the parcel carries a printed QR label linking it to that order, and pickup, transit, postponement, and delivery are all recorded on a single timeline the store can see. It is built for businesses sending orders regularly rather than for one-off shipments.

Postman delivers throughout Tbilisi, covering all ten administrative districts: Vake, Saburtalo, Mtatsminda, Krtsanisi, Isani, Samgori, Chughureti, Didube, Nadzaladevi, and Gldani. The rate is the same in every district. Delivery to other Georgian cities, including Batumi, Kutaisi, and Rustavi, is not yet available. New areas are published only once they are actually operating.

Yes. Orders created before 13:00 are delivered to the recipient the same day, anywhere Postman operates in Tbilisi. That cutoff is a starting point rather than a fixed rule: it is agreed individually with each partner store and can move to fit how that store works, its pickup schedule, and how many orders it sends a day. Anything created after the agreed time is scheduled for the next working day. The rate is the same either way - same-day costs no more, and only the parcel's own weight and size change the price.

Delivery is priced by the weight of a single parcel plus what its size adds, and starts at 7 GEL for anything under 5 kg. From 5 to 10 kg costs 9 GEL, 10 to 15 kg costs 11 GEL, and 15 to 20 kg costs 15 GEL. A parcel larger than 40x40 cm adds 2, 4, or 8 GEL depending on how much room it takes. Parcels over 20 kg are not accepted. Distance within Tbilisi does not change the price, and the delivery fee is recorded separately from the product price, so either the store or the customer can pay it.

From there you can create deliveries on the web or in the mobile app, print parcel labels, follow every status, and see analytics. Stores that want to create deliveries from their own system can use the partner API or the Zapier integration instead.

Yes. The Postman app is free on both the App Store and Google Play, and it is where partner stores create deliveries, scan parcel QR codes, follow statuses, and receive push notifications. It signs in with the same credentials as the web workspace. Someone receiving a parcel does not need to install anything: they get a private tracking link that opens in a browser.
